I believe you must want to know the answer to really find "what is holding it up"? It's the yearning for knowledge and the willingness to improve that would make you want to know "what is holding it up".
You can only go deep enough, if you truly want to know. If you are satisfied in your conceit, you will NEVER find out. If you are willing to look outside yourself, and willing to take cricitism from people who love you and would help you change, then, you are ready for the answer.
You will only become your best "you" by seeking the answers.

It is not easy to do, but can be worth it in the end. We can never be 100% prepared for what we may find when we get there. In my case, after I confronted and delt with what was there at the core and faced it, then delt with it, I now am on my way to recovery. This was my deepness and I know it is not the same for every one.

I am not sure in what context this question is asked. So here is how I will answer it.

Yes only if you are sure the thing that holds it up is the real thing or the real truth.

I am just thankful that God tells us what is holding things up so that we can spend our life in service that is pleasing to both God and man. I am sure God hates man getting stuck in text books and looking for answers that lead to dead end and circles.

My simple philosophy is all knowledge should lead to truth. And not just endless knowledge that would forever keep us separate from the truth. The paradox of man is that for most he has heard the truth and he will not believe it. Instead he will keep going on his own to find what he thinks is the real answer.

Well like a house of cards, even though the base is the widest and sturdiest part it is still just cards - fragile. So be careful how you dig. You might want to use a kid's sand shovel as opposed to a backhoe.

A good foundation is needed to support any worth while
endeavor or belief system we may hold to. If it works for postitive I would not dig it up, If neg. and needs change or
repair, I would most likely dig, but then let go if I could not help repair or change it.

No, I would not go deep enough to make me see what is holding that thing up. I would rather go with my instincts, and try to figure it out. Being Careful!

When some thing happens, three questions arise - what,
how and why.

You will get an answer to the first question within a
short period of time. It is physical in nature.

You have to spend more time to answer the second
question. It is mental in nature.

Different persons may give different answers for the
third question. But you will never get a true answer
for it - it is philosophical in nature.

I think this is talking about the "human heart" and the things in it, and conditions of it....(usually ones they won't talk about) Many have tried, but few have the true ability...God calls us His counsolers...the answer is "yes" but, you have to be very careful, the heart is very "fragile",and can be broken very easy...it's a task not to be done without love and understanding.... "Peace!"

Well put. Yes, when it comes to discovery and research
but not when it involves those pesky and mercurial humans.
The basic nature of their unpredictability would make this an
endless enigma.

Depends what. Most things i'm really not too concerned with. We have been trained and indoctrinated to always dig for something or aim for something. That's a bandwagon I want no part of. I'd rather just be.
