Scan for viruses and spyware and remove if found some.
I think that's the reason.
Because Ctrl+Alt+[down arrow] is like you say its 25 'o click, how comes?

it feels like he did a gadget restore. what he did is wen in to the pc supervisor and informed it to circulate back to "2003" he would desire to have theory he wa assisting you do away with a deadly disease that became into slowing down your comp even however this may not erase your records yet quite courses that are loaded after the date he restored it too. he wouldn't have executed it that far back. attempt goggling the restoration it for a gadget restore long previous incorrect.
