Only if he wants to be "cured." This will take years of counseling and basically him learning a whole new way to think and act.

Yes,, just stop and think before you open your mouth, concentrate on a low voice, without the use of profanity. maintain eye contact, and dont throw your hands about, as it is intimidating, and threatning. If you have to reherse what you need to say before hand. If you love them you can do it!!!
