okay i promised myself today that i would hold back because im just starting to get used to my diet and doing well.
..that didnt work. I ate SO much food today. everything. i went crazy. is this really going to slow me down? is there anything i can do? like exercise extra tomorrow?

did anyone else do this and deeply regretting it?

well i am not dieting but i know somebody who is and just cuz you eat a lot doesnt ruin your diet. it might set you back a little but thats all. and you could try jogging a little. but everybody cheats are their diet and thanksgiving should always be an exception to diets. i mean who wants to have to sit there and watch everybody else dig into the stuffing and turkey? or the pumpkin pie? dont be hard on yourself. if i was on a diet i would have cheated too! i ate a lot and so does everybody else. its fine, but if your worried just try jogging, sit ups maybe, or just walk. and just get balk on the diet now. one meal cant kill you

One day will not ruin anything. Try to keep it light for the next few days, but don't try to starve yourself. Extra exercise is a great idea.

Don't beat yourself up too much about it. Just get back into your sensible, healthy eating routine.

It's ok. It's only one days, and everyone does it. Just get back on your diet tomorrow and exercise a little more.

Yes I am supposed to be on a diet and I ate:
♥ 4 CHOCOLATE cream puffs! (omg)
♥ two helpings of turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes, and stuffing.
♥ 3 deviled eggs
♥ Lots of summer sausage
♥ Sprite
Ah!! Ah!! God help me! I am suppose to be on a diet, i probably gained 10 lbs! i deeply deeply regret it. Help me!

it's ok to splurge every once in awhile when your on a diet, if you didn't then you would get tired of the diet and slowly get right back in the bad eating habit. just start back tomorrow, and know you enjoyed today, and give yourself another date in the near future to look forward to, where you can spluge again. don't deprive yourself totally.

A lot of people overeat on Thanksgiving. It's okay. Don't beat yourself up. Start fresh tomorrow and get back on track.

ugh yeah.. i did

but i went on the tredmille tonight to make up for it.. im still gunna excirsise better tomorrow and eat pretty early then get up late..
thats the key.. sleep in tomorrow.. start ur breakfast at 1 and end ur dinner at like 6:30 or somethin and u'll be back on track

just move past it to tomorrow and if you are the one who made the food, go right now to your fridge and throwout any pie, cake, gravy, mashed potatoes, and stuffing. Do this while you are full so it won't be so hard. If you are serious about this diet, get up right now and do this.

Haha, just kidding. Stress will make you gain weight so chill out sweetie. Everyone has a cheat day. Just don't do it again until Christmas.
