I have actually heard that there have been people who have survived. It seems crazy but they are out there, sometimes people who plan on doing it will let someone know somehow, not the whole truth of the matter, but a hint or a clue, and some and found those people in time.

My son had a friend who tried to hang himself. He was around 17. They found him and revived him, but he was never the same. He couldn't talk...couldn't walk...had a trach...wore a diaper. He was in a rehab hospital and recognized my son when he saw him. (He had been there for a while and it had been several months since they had seen each other.) He died the next day from respiratory complications. Surviving and actually living are two different things.

Sure why not? Not everyone knows how to tie a noose and I'm sure some people have been found before they died and cut free, or maybe they hung the rope from a tree and the branch broke or the rope broke or any number of mishaps.

Yes. Although he didn't hang himself, Rasputin was hung 3 times. And still lived. Sometimes you just don't do it right.

One time i tried to hang myself with a bungee cord. I kept almost dying

It is a fairly common happening apparenlty. Lol the only thing worse tha someone who commits suicide, is someone who tries but fails lol.
