does yaz help with daily emotional stress? not just from PMDD

how do i tell my mom

would it be a good idea to go on birth control when i've only had my period for 5 months? my period are really irregular but that's prolly cuz i've only had it for a short time.

even tho i've only had my period for a short time could yaz make it more regular

other info ( idk if this could affect anything):
-15 years old (no lecture crap, like wait till marriage, i've already had sex once, i just want to be more safe)
-97 pounds

Being on the pill such as Yaz can sometimes help with mood swings for some women but as for going on the pill now so soon after starting your period I would recommend waiting because your body is still trying to adjust to the hormonal changes going on inside of it. It can take a couple of years for the period to regulate itself.

One thing I have found helpful for dealing with stress and moods is taking B6 in either a bottle by itself or as part of B Complex.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well before trying anything.

As for how to tell your mom, you let her know that you need to talk to her in private about an important matter.
