Winning and maintaining a win are problematical. For all practical purposes the only way that Hitler & the Nazis could have won was with an atomic bomb.
That said your scenario for a what if is one of the few that spells out the only chance for A Hitler & gang to have 'won.' Why Japan blundered into the attack against Pearl Harbor is one of the few history mysteries that can best be explained by a conspiracy. FDR would have had no weapon to force Congress to approve a declaration of War against Japan without Pearl.
All that blathering out of the way - - -
ALL THE WORLD LOVES A PARADE and the Nazi s made the most of it. Having hammered Britain with an atomic bomb delivered by V-2 missile, Hitler would have forced Britain into an armistice 'respecting' their (subservient) authority. Then Hitller & Gang would have delightfully turned Russia's cities into Atomic Graveyard; Leningrad, Stalngrad, Moscow, Ektainberg (m/spelled), a few others bombed. No peace with Russia, just grim guerrilla warfare with Germany, despite having the bomb, being busy trying to subjucate the renmants of Russia.

Sitting on the sidelines, FDR and company could only fuss & fume as Europe and Africa fall under Germany control with Japan in control of Asia. German scientists so thrilled with their efforts at anihilating London and several Russian cities, would have helped Japan develop the bomb and the bomb would have been used to turned chunks of China into a nuclear desert. China would never be fully conquered but like Germany, Japan would have turned the task of pacifying China into a decades long job. Thus the World would be divided by Germany and Japan.
And America? Left fuming & fussing on the sidelines, FDR would have been ousted in November 1944 and when the 'New Tough' New York Republican Preisdent felt secure enough to tell Hitler to 'go to H^ck,' in reply to request to normalize relations, then Hitler & the 'hero' Goring whose Luftwaft via inscreasingly improved V-missiles had prostrated Britain & Russia with atomic bombs, then Goring would have unleashed the first Intercontinental Missile.
Aimed at New York the first bomb hit New Jersey but affected N Y anyhow, and then the second bomb scored a bullseye on Washington DC. Assured that their 'rights' would be respected an (unholy) alliances of Southern Democrats and Republicans would 'seize' power and parley with Hitler thus assuring the 'independence' of a Rump-America with its capital in either Atlanta or Mobile.
The rich oilfields of Texas would be placed fully in Nazi hands while the rest of the land wouyld be embroiled in nasty guerilla war to this day in 2007. To teach those Americans still resisting Nazi Power a lesson, the Nazi s would 'test' their hydrogen bomb against Salt Lake City and Boise. Still there would be rebels in America never fully accepting the defeat.

Did I mention a Parade? The World would be gripped by a Cult of Personality. Huge portraits of Hitler everywhere. Big splashy parades held to honor the Nazi pioneers; Hitler, Gring, Goebbels, even Himmler whose possible effort to seize power in 1947 led to his spectacular death. Hitler held the reins on power until 1955 but death did not silence him. Hitler's speeches still ring out amidst martial music. Hitler's image on the world currency.
The WORLD divided up by Hitler with Japan left in command of Asia, with large chunks of Africa given to allies such as Italy, and with South America left 'free' but clearly respectuing Germany's status as World Power.

A unified Europe under Germany, the new capital of Germania the World Capital, an immence montrosity much like that depicted in Frank Harris's 'Fatherland.'

Germany's greatest post war moment was when internal stife was ended by the long reign of the third Fuhrer, Albert Speer, whose veneer of 'civilized behavior,' put in place agreements with those dissenents remaining across the Globe.

A German dominated rump America would have no rock and roll and few if any Negros. Note the 'South' when hammering out a peace with Germany quickly brought back Slavery.

Enough blathering but note Japan would not have had to assist Germany, Japan would have concentrated on Asia and the debates in the US Congress over the issue of Declaring War in responce to attacks against Americans in the Phillipines would have paved the way for FDR's disgrace in 1944. Having 'gotten' War by late 1942, to have the US Navy defeated in the Central Pacific when Japan's Nine Aircraft Carriers proved more than a match for America's Four was more han the FDR administration could cope with hence the debacle in November 1944. Then the roar of atomic anihilation in 1945 sealed the deal for America.

Peace............... /// ----------O . U . O ------------ \\\

PS Instead of 'the Hitler' channel, there would really be a Hitler Channel; the cultural ramifications would take pages if not an entire book....

Staying strictly within the confines of your parameters, which I think have absolutely zero possibility, the outcomes would have been: 1. Not a single living Jew in Nazi territory
2. All of western Europe, except Spain and Italy would have fallen under the dominion of Germany as puppet states.
3. The Ukraine, European Russia, Balkans and Greece would have been incorporated into Germany.
4. If Germany had the Atom bomb, Britain would have to sue for peace.
5. The middle east would be controlled by Germany.
6. Even if the Soviets were facing a 2 front war, I do not think they could be defeated untill such time as Germany launched A-bomb attacks.

According to the biography of Stalin, written by Edvard Radzinsky he may not have had a choice in the matter of invading the Soviet Union. According to the book, Stalin was planning to attack Germany, and Hitler may have caught wind of this and decided to do a preemptive strike. If Russia had stayed out of the war, it's possible that Germany could have at least forced Britain to sue for peace and that would have left Germany in control of most of Europe and North Africa.

The US wouldnt have entered the war if the Japanese hadnt bomb it so that goes together

The Abomb idea was made in Germany by a German, just not the first to actually make one, but they had unbelievable technologies.

Thw world would be full of Pure Aryan peoples. Blonde Hair and Blue eyes people that are Aryan, not white, which is the "purest" of the German peoples

Well, at least Georgie the Younger probably wouldn't have been able to invade Afghanistan and Iraq and slaughter all those innocent folks. However, since the US entered the war long before Pearl Harbor and the Red Army won the war in Europe with very little assistance from the US or the UK, your question is moot.

well, it's safe to say that all jews, homosexuals, gypsies, religious people. and anyone who didn't conform to the vision of an "superior human" like blacks, hispanics and any other races would either be slaves or just dead.. it is interesting to think what would have happened to the japanese or the asian countries they would have conquered would have been killed off or enslaved by hitler. i don't want to think of the cruel and painfull experiments the germans would be conducting to the people they would enslave like they did on the jews like trying to change their eye color.

with many more horrible things that would have happened, lets enjoy or freedoms, eh
