You can't get rid of them. They'll fade, but she'll never be rid of them.

Get rid of Stretch Marks?

I don't believe there is a way to get rid of stretch marks unless you have laser surgery. I just had to accept the fact that I have to live with my stretch marks for the rest of my life. It looks like your sister will have to do the same.

She can't. She can try coco butter though to help reduce stretch marks appearance and take vitamin E.

she can try over the counter creams and lotions-they may reduce the severity of the marks, but once you have them you have them forever. Most of the patients we see swear by plain ol' Vit E, though I have heard osme really good things about mederma

Short of plastic surgery, it's impossible. They're scars. You can use Mederma, vitamin E, or other scar creams, but all they'll do is give them a more silvery appearance.
