see the link: http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-i-worm-netsky.html

as you can see netsky installs only a few files on a computer. so if you find them using windows search and simply delete them manually it should be gone. however if you don't feel like deleting thing by yourself, i recommend you to look for free anti spyware to do this job for you. you can get free anti spyware tools on the same website: http://www.2-spyware.com/compare2.php

W32.Netsky is a dangerous mass-mailing worm that spreads through network shares, flash drives and infected e-mails. Netsky@mm can open security backdoors and download insecure applications, track users activity and steal private data using special SMTP server, bypassing antiviruses and firewalls. This worm scans your hard drives for e-mail adresses and send itself as an attachment.

If the smitfraudfix as advised above doesn't remove it, the Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool has been successful in removing netsky.

I believe the netsky virus is covered in the 'Stinger' released by McAffee. It is free and fast and can be loaded onto a floppy disk or usb stick and run from there.

Get Stinger 3.8.0 here: http://us.mcafee.com/virusInfo/default.asp?id=stinger
