Don't know what you are asking and your "edits" seem deliberately obscure.

Nitrogen is a gas that represents about 70% of the air (atmosphere) which surrounds the Earth. The other constitutents of air are oxygen (about 25%) carbon dioxide (3%) and many other gases. This mixture allows a clear view for long distances. An atmosphere of pure oxygen would offer a clear view too but the blue sky would disappear and, even at mid day, we would have a black sky.

try using full English in your questions .
Nitrogen is an element ie it can't be broken into smaller pieces. It makes up the majority of our air the next largest component is oxygen
So air is 80% Nitrogen and 20% Oxygen. Other gases including Carbon Dioxide make up less than 1%

Are you asking what the difference is? Nitrogen is an element, and as N2, a gas in our atmosphere. Air is a mixture of gases, mostly nitrogen(N2) and oxygen (O2) that form the atmosphere of the planet Earth.
