I dont want toget attention. If I send an email, will they track me? I just want to give the family a tip. Not anything more. I thought I saw her or someone that looks like her at a Dunkin Donuts in Downers Grove, Illinois. It looked like she might have been in a hurry. I also saw the clerck looking at her weirdly too. I and my 3 friends all thought it was her.
I dont want to call or phone in, I just want to email, but I dont want any people trying to track down theemail. that is the only reason why I haven't sent an email yet!!!!
By the way Stacy Peterson is not Lacey Peterson and is a girl that is missing from Bolingbrook, Illinois!!

I already heard of these other reports too, and those were reported on other days than when I saw her on the 18th of November

As a former law enforcement officer, I recommend that you report what you've seen. The police will follow through on it. It may or may not be her, but following leads like that is how they work a M/P case. Better to report it even if is not her than to not report it and it be her and later she meet with foul play or cause someone to be wrongly convicted for her death. I wouldn't want that on my conscience.

If I were you, I'd let the police or law enforcement know. No matter how small the attention which I'm sure they would keep confidential. If this helps bring a lead to or a happy ending to this sad story, You'd feel better and sleep better knowing you've helped. Don't be shy or worried about attention. Do the right thing and notify them. Even if it doesn't help, At least you've tried and were honestly helping in the search.

of direction you will possibly desire to pass to the police in case you and your buddies sense so strongly that it grew to become into her. people who intentionally lie to the police get in worry, yet once you're incorrect you does not be arrested for it or something. good intentions save lives. it is weird and wonderful that there grew to become right into a Lacey Peterson and now a Stacy Peterson. Creepy the two way.

Just call the police.
Tell them where you were, about what time you were there.
Say you saw someone that you really thought was her and that your 3 friends and the person working there thought it was her as well.
They won't hunt you down or anything, you're just calling in an anonymous tip.

I just saw on the scroll (across the bottom of the screen) on Fox News that there have been something like 400 possible sightings of her called in or emailed in. So do it, too. Your info may be enough to pinpoint where she is--if it's her.

Please call someone-police department, sherrif's department or someone. Why would you get in trouble? Just let them know you thought you saw her. They look at all tips, and most don't pan out, but if it was her, you might help her family. If it was a member of your family missing, I'm sure you would want the police to check out all tips, even if it turned out to be a false alarm. A false alarm is better than no alarm at all. Please call.

call it in. Tell the police what you saw. It could not hurt. It may be just someone who looks like her but then again what happens if it is really her. It might clear her husbands name

What is entertaining about a woman who may have been murdered?

I mean, I'm just asking how this question got into this category. Of course you should report it if you think it is she.

Wow! You should report it. Any tip can be helpful - they won't hurt you if you honestly think that it was her. Maybe they will use it. After all - what if it WAS her. That could be really helpful.
