There cannot be a favourite author because all the books I read are good. But to answer your question; I'll say David Baldacci. I don't remember who said it but the person was right; each book should come with the warning 'Detrimental to sleep, can keep you reading all night'. He's just too good!

Mine's probably J.K. Rowling. She's certainly not the best author I have ever read, but she's my favorite because she created such a fantastic world & made me start to enjoy reading so much. I credit her for making me love to read. Before the Harry Potter books, I didn't read alot. Now, I do, and I enjoy it.
