do your homework. learn as much as you can about the company before you start. after you start, take notes, review them, and use them. give it your best for the first few weeks and that will show.

For a start be "not noticed." Make an attempt to not call attention to yourself, and be someone that people can depend on to do the job.

Show up early. Leave late. Dress and eat like the boss.
