Ok, so this guy has this website where he exposes people, and he posted nude pics of myself. I never sent this guy any pics of myself , he is known to be able to hack into people's computers using aol direct connect. I want to know if what he is doing is illegal so I can take this to court and sue him. I am over 25 and feel whatever pics I take and store on my computer are my business. Please give me your thoughts on this.

Yes that is totally illegal! its an invasion of your privacy for one, hacking into private pc's...illegal. and posting naked pictures of someone who isnt willing is illegal too, its release of information without consent. that is illegal.

Regardless of the legality, once they are on the web they are they forever. Apparently it is too late for you, but it should serve as a warning to anyone else - don't allow nude or compromising photos to be taken if you don't want the entire world to have access to them.

If you took them then you own the copyright, and can require the provider that hosts his website to take them down under the DMRA.
