It all depends on how you land. People have died falling as little as 2 feet. Others have fallen out of windows multiple stories up, and escaped without injury.

Your cat probable won't leap out of the window till scared via something or somebody. they're fantastically clever animals and are not going to harm themselves till freaked out. additionally in the event that they understand they'd get exterior from downstairs they are going to generally in basic terms walk out. even however in the experience that your cat is trapped on your room it may sense the would desire to flee, so continuously make confident your door is open while she is in there. Cats are inquisitive however and would desire to nosey out of the window - it would not advise she would be waiting to leap. She is at extra effective possibility from a smaller height than a 7 storey construction as somebody else has mentioned. even however my neighbours cat jumped out of her window (2d floor) while they moved to a flat. She became into nice. the version being she jumped purposefully - she wasn't pushed.

Your feet would hurt, and you might sprain or break something, depending upon what you jumped onto.

Nothing if you landed in a rolling motion, you might sprain your ankle or knee. The chances of breaking your legs is minimal.
