Microscopy is the heart of helth diagnostic of many ailments. If continued to be neglected it can drastically affect the numbers persuing higher studies and expertise in microscope-diagnostics. Developed countries give one microscope slide to each student less developed one per class of 150!!

I think you are misrepresenting your question. It is hard to follow. I do believe that science classes should have more funding for supplies as these are the doctors/scientists of our future, if that is what you mean. If not, ?

How are you so sure that " biology microscopy" is globally neglected in educational institutions? Doesn't it depend on the country? And the Institution? Certainly Biology classes should have more that one slide and one microscope. Any one who plans to make a career in the sciences must have proper equipment to learn proper technique.
