Obama 08....08....08.......

Sure he should win the election.

That may send all those '''PIGS''' who always try to degrade
Obama's name along with Muslims to ''HELL''!

God, stupidity is becoming epidemic among some groups in America!
And these kinds believe, they're better than others!! Pathetic!

Oh my gosh... The Muslim thing again. Obama's dad was Muslim, but left the family when he was 2. Obama was raised Christian and is a devout member of his own congregation.

Now the Hillary vs. Obama question. With the polls coming out and how both Hillary and Obama have been performing, I believe Obama will win the ticket. He's taken control of the most influential state by 4 points. And nationwide Hillary has lost 10 points on Obama just in this past month. With 6 weeks to go, this will be VERY interesting.

Yes it is but despite the lies people are spreading about him he is not and never was a muslim. His father and stepfather were muslims, his mother a non practicing Christian. He attended a public school and a private Catholic school in Indonesia as a young child and has been an active member of the United Church of Christ for over 20 years (he is not as some will claim a recent convert for the purpose of political opportunism).
All that said - our constitution is very clear that there shall be no religous test for holding office. There are over 1 billion muslims in the world - most peaceful law abiding people. All this focus on Obama's religon is clearly a bigotted attempt to smear him by people who are unable to contribute any sort of rebuttal to what he is proposing.
While he is not my first choice I would happily support him for President.

Two part question, two part answer. The cowards who are spreading untrue rumors about Senator Obama simply because his name is unusual deserve no more attention that the fly who is trying to get inside because winter is setting in in the midwestern US. Second question, Since what I think isn't going to affect the way you or anyone else votes, the question raises a moot point.

His father was a black man from Kenya, and his mother was a white woman from Hawaii. It is not a muslim name and he is not muslim. He is a member of the Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago where he was baptized as an adult. I plan on voting for him.

There is no way that Hillary should be elected president.

He was NOT raised Muslim. I'll thank ignoramuses to stop spreading that lie. His mother was an Atheist, and he hardly knew his father. Obama is a Kenyan name. Barack is Arabic, related to the Hebrew Baruch, meaning "blessed". (Hussein means "beautiful".)

I don't know if its Muslim name or not... It really does not matter...

You you not vote for some one that has a: German, Italian, Japanese, French, British or Mexican name?

In this country unless your Native American your name comes from someplace that was not on our friend list at one time or another!!

Assume he is.
So we shouldn't elect him because he is a Muslim?!!!

America is getting way toooo crazy!!!
Racism, prejudice, stupidity are getting higher than ever!

His middle name, Hussein, is certainly associated with Islam. He was raised Muslim for the first ten years of his life. He seems to have conveniently forgotten this.

-- Edit --

All these thumbs down! And for anybody in this thread who dares speak out against Islamofascism! I guess the patriots have taken this day after Thanksgiving off.
