Yes, I would watch out for him. The smartest thing would be to report it to someone now just so that in the future, if he does in fact make any unwanted approaches you will have a witness of sorts to back you up on it. The last thing you want to do is end up in some form of workplace sexual harrassment so make sure to put a stop to it early on.

take noted and keep a log of his actions. if he steps over the line you'll have evidence. If he asks you out and you say no you have something to help you if there is fall out. Only you can tell his intentions, But if you feel uncomfortable, quietly start the job search again before you end up feeling trapped or inconvenienced.
Good luck, too bad that some Richard craniums get in top positions, hope your wrong for your sake.

You didn't say how large the company is, but if there is an HR department, you better talk to them, quick. Tell them what you told us. You want this stuff on file, so if anything funny happens later, they will know what's going on. And of course, you should be alert for any pressure to perform non-work duties..

yup,the others are right...to protect yourself, make sure they have evidence that you were the first to report so that when the accusations start coming, you can say, i told you so.
Make sure the officer that handled your complaint is known to you,ie,his name and report number so that when you are fired or something, you can say i reported this to so and so and report number but nothing was done. Then,if there was a coverup, you can sue for unfair dismissal/sexual harrasement. He could ask for favors and when he ain't getting any,he won't be mr.nice guy anymore. He will try to get rid of you.You have done nothing wrong,so at least, protect yourself.
Good luck.

Unless you are a truly fantastic worker, he gave you that raise because he's got ulterior motives. Trust your instincts. They are seldom wrong.

I think you'd better start looking for another job. If you *think* somebody's interested in you, they probably are, and you don't want to be in the situation you're heading toward.

I say use this to your advantage for as long as you can but when things start getting weird you should do something about it. But for now its working to your advantage.
