Can large animals produce asexually? Why?
Why don't little organisms reproduce sexually?

Some little organisms reproduce sexually, but most small small things are primitive in structure and can reproduce by fission (asexually). Large animals can not produce asexually because of the large number of specialized organs needed to get oxygen and food to all parts of the body - there is no way to divide up all the organs.
Note that parthogenisis - making of a female baby without participation of a male is considered sexual reproduction because all the genetics are carried on, just the step of merging the male and female DNA is missing - the female DNA is doubled up as the starting point.

There is actually a case where they believe a female shark reproduced asexually. The only reason this would happen in sexual animals is if the organism has not come into contact with another member of its species of the opposite sex.

I don't know about the second question.

Asexuality increases chances of the organism being reproduced. I would think nature would be leaving too much to chance if (not only) would small organisms have to wait for the correct species, they also would have to wait for the correct sexual partner to happen by.

Larger animals being asexual? I think it would be messy. It might either over populate and eat all of their ration of food in the area. Or- if something like an elephant were to try to split itself into two how would it copy the bones of itself and have the second animal split off successfully?

Maybe while growing there is something to enable the body to reproduce. And probably little organisms can't because they are too small to carry the same size as they are. I don't really know and I just guessed for "Why don't little organisms reproduce sexually?"
