i do hate that. insomnia sucks. i take a walk to the kitchen & get a drink of water. you gotta move around a little. then i go back & lay down again in a different position. sometimes i stick an extra pillow over my head to block out all sound & light.

I absolutely do!! Usually I just try not to think of stuff and I'll just fall asleep. I end up awake longer if I'm thinking of stuff, so yeah.

yeah /i hate that!! I just talk to my boyfriend on the phone and keep him up until I fall asleep or I fill my stomach up. puts me out all the time.

I let the voices in my head take over and before you know it I am waking up feeling rested. It is inconvenient to have to dispose of the bodies first thing in the morning though.

I try drinking hot chocolate and read a magazine or book. Also I talk my hubby to sleep and then it wears me out too. Or start to watch a movie.
