yes it has shorter days on alaska on winter due to earth's tilt but it has longer days at summer....

Well...days everywhere are have 24 hours long. So there is no difference in Alaska.

But if you are asking about the number of hours of daylight in a 24 hour day in Alaska compared to other states:

In fall and winter - daylight is shorter in Alaska
In spring and summer - daylight is longer in Alaska

The days here in Alaska are the same 24 hour length just like they are in every other part of the world!

i dont think so but the sun dose not stay out as long so they seem shorter

Well,.. one way you can look at it is. Time wise there is no change.

Another way to look at it is.. their days are all over the place. Usually extremely long. Months of Sunlight Long XD
