treats you like "the help" rather than another member of "the team"?

I've noticed you've posted a few questions and I assume they're all about the same person/people. The best way to deal with it is to confront them in front of your other work mates because although they won't have mentioned it, they will have probably noticed that you're being treated in a disrespectful way. But do it in a really polite way, don't lose your temper and don't b!tch about him/her/them to anyone, that way it makes them look really petty and pathetic. If you really can't do that then start looking for a new job, it's not worth the misery it's obviously causing you. Personally I'd slash their tyres but that's just me. LOL. Don't let the bastards grind you down, honey. Good luck, let us know how you get on.

Edit: I was joking about the tyre slashing (hence the LOL) but obviously some people take themselves a little too seriously, (see below). You'll also notice that I actually tried to answer the question seriously, rather than just add some badly spelt nonsense cliche.

Excellent question! I used to work in a call centre and could never figure out why they singled out 10 individuals, rounded them up and called them a 'team'. I think it causes rivalries between colleagues.

Prove them wrong in a casual way.

Buy them a torch just in case its dark with their head up their ars.

And don't get into spiteful 2 faced idiot behaviour like slashing tyres.

We don't get on with everybody in life, that's no reason to be a weasel.
