Hi,

In Word, click on Insert and symbol. You can find the symbol you want (≤) and you can copy and paste it, even into here.

This should be in the special character list of your text editing software. I don't know which program you use but you should be able to find it by going to insert, then clicking on the special character list. If you can't find it, just go to this website and copy and past the character that you are looking for:
