Well i am a good dancer i am into krump and poplocking u know and some creative stuff so i have to dance to either Hip hop or some fast beat RnB i would say for me its easy to dance to chris brown

Certain Rock and Roll songs are the best to dance to.
It needs to be a beat that relieves your stress. I really enjoy most rock from the eighties. Rap music does nothing for the soul and is hard to dance to. Still I respect anyone who tries.

I don't dance well but I do enjoy it when no one is around. I prefer something fast paced. Anything from Hilary Duff to the Bee Gees.

music with lots of attitude. oldies, techno, rock, classic rock, etc. why? i like something that gets me to move. music with attitude seems to do that. i don't know. lame answer. i'm not really sure how to answer this.

dancehall cause its wild and crazy
rap its easy to bounce to
soca cause its fun to dance and sing

Anything, that pretty much has a nice beat. That makes you want to move. It is exercise, for me. So, I find it easy to do like a work out. It makes, me feel good and look good.
