I like all kinds of cheese. I like cheddar, provolone, mozzarella, monterrey jack, muenster, ricotta ( in Italian dishes), parmesan, american swiss, and I can't think of anymore. LOL. There may be more I just can't think of them right now but I am definitely a cheese lover.

I basically like all types of cheeses. Provolone is one of my favorite because it's very salty. I also like Swiss and Cheddar and other types.

I am lactose intolorant, but I limit my dairy. My favorite though is gorgonzola, swiss, and munster.
