I think I know what you are asking. It is a rack, you spread mortar, you set the rack down and place the tile in the rack, and it spaces the tile, pull the rack up, spread more mortar, and repeat. You can adjust the spacing for different sizes and grout lines. To be honest, never used one, never even seen one up close. And even more honesty, it seems like a bigger hassle than popping some lines. I asked someone I know who used one if it makes a mess of the mortar on the tile, and he said yes. But I think Raimondi makes one, you'd have to order one from a tile wholesaler.

Just checked I don't think Raimondi has one.

They sell plastic spacers to set in the corners to make all the grout spacing equal it loos like a small cross. I never heard of a quarry tile rack and I have set a few tile.

I've installed thousands of sq. ft. of tile, and hundreds of pounds of grout, yet confess ignorance in this.

OH wait... Is this a TOOL for creating the tile?

Is this some FORM for just doing a layout?

I Have one of those for sale. $150.00 plus shipping. I can send you pictures of it if you like. I'm a retired Union Tile setter 35+ years in the trades and I'm currently selling my tools. I have about everything needed to install any kind of tile.
