I get several e-mails about offers for sex and methods to extend my sex unit: these are coming into the inbox. I suspect these were propigated through a practical joker friend or accuantance of mine and the continuation of this onslaught from cookies accessing my computer..

You are getting them from unscrupioulas sites you have visited.
Once you have expierianced the onslaught from them, you can't do much but delete them.
Otherwise you need to switch ISP's and get a new e-mail and be more careful in your computer use.

Each email program has a unique method to block undesire able mail. What you want to do is simply Google "how to block mail" for your type of email program.

Get a spam or junk mail filter.
