1. (a) y = x² - 6x – 27
(i) (x + 3)(x - 9)
(ii) y(0) = -27
(iii) y = x² - 6x + 3² - 9 - 27
y = (x - 3)² - 36
Vertex @ (3, - 36)
(iv) min = - 36

1a. Just factor the damn thing
(x+3)(x-9)
The x-intercepts are -3 and 9
2. -27 looking at the equation
3. 3, -36
5. Y=-36
