Stars. I live in the city and I can't usually see stars so its really a somewhat amazing experience for me when I can get away from the lights and see stars. Clouds I can see on pretty much any day, stars are a rare occurrence for me (unfortunately).

Both clouds and stars. I can always see pictures in the clouds and the stars are just so amazing.

I look at both--probably equally... I find the shapes and formations of clouds can be very interesting...and there is NOTHING more enjoyable then looking up at a clear late August sky and watching the meteor showers.... and the star formations... looking for Orion or the little dipper or even watching a distant satelite moving across the night sky ... One time I got to watch an Aurora borialus (northern lights) show--SPECTACULAR!!!

I like looking at the low hanging thunderhead clouds about two hours before sunset, when all the colors of the day come out for that last peek before sunset. The clouds really have strange shapes and in some cases almost take on a scenery of their own.
