It drives me insane. That's not even her real name. Meg White is a MUCH better female music related role-model. I mean, i don't hate her as a person, but she annoys me. Good God, I hope all these fans don't come defending her.

The majority of you have fabulous answers. That was pretty funny about the fan girls.... and whoever said they agree with me, thank you. It's nice to know SOME people still know what's a real, raw voice from what has gone through all this crap by computer I can't even begin to discribe.

I'm not complaining about her, I don't care if people like her. I just honestly would like to know why she appeals to so many people. And I don't hate her either, but she just irritates me.

Meg White is the drummer for the band The White Stripes. She's pretty cool (though not as cool as Jack :)) because she doesn't focus herself right in the limelight.

Good God, why is everyone getting so stirred up about this? I just wanted to know the reason some people like her so much, because a lot of people I know don't. Chillax. Breathe. In. Out. In. Out. Good. Now, as I said, I'm not complaining. I don't like making people feel sorry for me, which is the actual definition of complaining. Like, "My foot hurts and it's so hot in here and my nose is stopped up!" All of which is untrue, but it's still an example. I am not meaning to offend anyone, so please stop trying to start something.

It's not because of the music - it's because she's on TV... and the Disney channel at that!
THAT is what they idolize - the image that is potrayed on the screen. Apparantly, she's cool - I guess she must be a FASHION role model as well...
I don't get the appeal either - but I guess she's one of the only role models who are that age ;););)

I surely have 5 daughters, all preschool age and my 2 eldest daughters Hannah (4) and Gemma (3) like Hannah Montana. Hannah does because her call is Hannah! :) i for my section do not because of Miley Cyrus and what she has achieved i do no longer imagine she is an suitable function style for youthful women. well, mostly because she is part of disney. Disney is huge, once your in with disney, your name gets out everywhere, and you become popular. She annoys me also, i'm not sure why they like her all that much, her singing isn't too great, but alot of teenage girls seem to like pop and country(she sings a mixture of the two), and her father is Billy Ray Cyrus, who was also very popular. once.

Why do all you teenage kids care so much about this kinda ****? If you hate something change the ******* channel. Teenage and preteen kids seem obsessed with complaining about **** one age group younger likes because they think it makes them sound "cool". No it just makes you sound whiny. Drink some tequila and have fun instead if you really wanna be cool.

Becuz she is hilarious and a great role model and she is pretty and i luv her show and her singing and she is soo nice and down~to~earth and her acting is soo good!and i'm a huge fan and i dont go to sleep until like 2 in the morning and noo it really isnt funny!!!!!
