I need a list of decent cars with DOHC 6 or 4 cylinders, with optional manual transmissions. Just got into an accident with my Grand Prix, 3.1L SOHC, now i want a bit more power on the top end. If someone could please take the time to name some cars by memory or by research, it would mean a good bit to me. Thank for reading.

You might need less power, especially if you were the one who caused the accident, whether or not it was a minor accident.

DOHC doesn't always mean more power it typically means the engines are built to rev higher. Don't go out looking for a car based on what kind of head configuration it has. Research overall horsepower and differential gear ratios if you want top end power.
