I am trying to get into stockmarketing, what are the basic things to do, and anything that is important to know in the business.

Before you go putting any money into the market, read up on what you're getting into first. And get opinions from multiple sources as well, seems like everyone has a different opinion about the market.

And when you are ready to invest, don't put all your money in at once. Gradually put money into the market (either by buying a mutual fund or stocks). This ensures that you're not buying everything at the top.

For starters, read The Neatest Little Guide To Stock Market Investing, by Jason Kelly. Very Good book for beginners

Investing in "individual" stocks takes a lot of time, knowledge, and patience. As a beginner I personally would suggest you start with mutual and index funds from a company such a Vanguard. These are much less risky especially for beginners.

Stock market investing is not easy as expected so a long time needed to really understand. Buy a book about investing. I like this book:

1.Look for books on Jesse Livermore(by author Richard Smitten), Warren Buffett and other great traders.

2. Take the stock market very seriously.

3. Study, study, study. Learn, learn, learn.

my aunt wants my to get into stockmarketing... idk why. im only almost 13!!! idk why she was like you should get into stock marketing... i dont really understand it though. i do but... i dont! haha im gonna star this! =]
