In a sence, most are. However, like earth, they are not in a perfect circle. The planets rotation is ovalish...sorta like an egg. Also interesting is that not all planets are on the same rotation axuis, as some rotate at a certain angle around the sun, just like how our moon rotates at a twenty-three degree angle.

Nope. A circular orbit would be unstable. Any tiny influence would turn it into an elliptical one.

They are very nearly circular, but are actually elliptical.

no, they are like an oval. some MIGHT be somewhat circular though

Mecury to Mars is circle and Jupiter to Pluto are oval hope this helps.
