No, as far as the contract is concerned so far.

A-Rod WILL be a Yankee for 10 more years unless the Yankees decide to trade him. No opting out. No nothing.

The Yankees have not made the contract public at this time and we don't know for sure, only unconfirmed reports, if there is a clause allowing him to opt out in this contract. My guess is that those reports are correct and there is no clause this time.

NOPE!! The yankees made sure that wasn't in his new contract! that i know for sure.They said it on the news,It was Texas that put in that out clause!
