Why do people hate her? When I say that I support her people say that "we are screwed" or "if she wins we are screwed".
What is the deal? Some say she is too liberal;, I am a liberal and I like that but many liberlas say the sames things like if she wins we are doomed.
What is the deal?

She's a centrist. She's far more conservative than I am. Though, I'm sort of a looney left liberal like Kucinich, but that's ok 'cause he's got a hot wife. I didn't really answer your question, but I think she's just one of those people republicans love to hate. I don't really think a reason is needed.

Why do They Hate Hillary Clinton so Much?
For some reason, right-wingers has hot flashes when they think of Hillary Clinton. Hitlery, Hilldabeast, and so forth, are examples of the white-hot hatred that she provokes from the right. I don't understand.
She attracts more hate than other liberals, such as Ted Kennedy. She attracts more hate than other women in politics. For some reason, she's just a flash point for the hard right.
I even asked LJ at Look Both Ways why she attracts so much vitriol, and his response was
"Liberals are picking up on this Hillary talk and trying to create an anti-hillary sentiment like the anti-bush crowd was blasted for. It won't work. We are anti-hillary but it's mostly for the reasons listed below.
She is hated mostly because she personifies liberalism. Yes it's her policies. It's her name. It's her stupid smirks and her pride. Her carpetbagger ways and her socialist tendencies. Oh and also her husband. It's the families insistence that they are always right, even when they are wrong. (reminds me of a quote from Scarface,"I always tell the truth, even when I lie.")
Too bad for democrats they elected the wrong clinton to the white house because I don't think this country can take two of them."
In other words, "we hate her because we hate her, but don't say that we hate her."
Sometimes the right wing is simply odd. I think their hatred of Senator Clinton is bizarre and over the top.

Hillary is not my first choice. I would rather see someone such as Joe Biden, or Bill Richardson however I will vote for whomever the Democratic nominee is.

Venessa, you didn't get many straight answers. I'll tell you why she scares me. In a matter of two minutes (televized for the whole world to see), she went from being for driver's lisences for illegals to being against it. Also recently she was also the only democratic candidate who voted for the reslolution to lay the ground work to attack Iran. Many people believe that in order not to look weak, she wants to have her own war, like bush had in order to stay in office two terms. She's so much like the neocon republicans that we really aren't looking at anything better in terms of our global standing and war... all that will be different is that we'll have a MUCH worse war AND extensive spending to really screw up the deficit. If anyone thinks that having Hillary in the White House is like having Bill again, we must think again. She is nothing like him and consistant with her personality, she will go far out of her way to seperate her presidency from her husbands... As tempting as it is to assume that no one is worse than what we have, a pro-war, lobby loving candidate who will switch her standing based on who wants her to say what, and who will spend more money that we don't have is not going to make things better. Now more than ever we need a president who is going to be different in his/her thinking than what we've had the past 8 years and Hillary will be more of the same. Her stances on war bother me a lot.
I'd take Biden over her in a heartbeat. Or consider Ron Paul who has all the advantages of a democrat and all the advantages of a republican all in one and he's not in anyone's pocket..

I've seen nothing in her past performance as a senator to qualify her to be a president. The only qualification is she was married to one. Thats not enough for me.

You know what??? The ONLLLYYY reason people vote for her is because she is a woman and they want a woman president. Also, we pretty much are screwed if she wins. Ok. Our economy will go DOWN THE DRAIN!!!
