Ive had a baby green iguana for about a week, and I see no signs of defecations. Hes eating and I put him in his water bowl sometimes as that is where they tend to defecate, but I dont see any. How often are they supposed to?

They should poop at least once a day...
but if its young and in a new enviroment it might be scared.

Give it a little time and it will do it's work.

If he's eating well and his setup is correct, he will generally poop once a day, and usually they like to go in the water bowl. Are you using any loose substrate like sand or wood?? If so, get rid of it immediately as they cause serious intestinal impactions! Make sure his temps at the basking spot are correct, and he has 12 hours of UVB within 12 inches.
