Try going an hour earlier. Or maybe 30 minutes earlier. Depends. I have never been to one of her concerts (and never want to *ahem*) so, what happens at her concerts? Is it packed with people? Is it necessary to get there early?
I think it also depends on how far you live from the concert.

If you have assigned seats, you can show up anytime, even after 4:00, because there's probably an opening act and very few start exactly on time.
If you have general seating (meaning, paid admission but don't have a seat number) then the earlier the better - maybe 3 or so - so you can get a good seat or place to watch from.

From what I've heard everyone wants to be there - there are going to be heaps of people there without tickets trying to get in as well, Id suggest maybe 1ish because for a concert like that even though it starts at 4 your going to want to start lining up early, to find your seats and what not
