windows vista on psp help!?

Question

somebody please help me. ive tried everything. i deleted cookies/cache. i enabled flash and wma. i named my homepage file:/pspwxp/index.htm i downloaded and unzipped PSPWXP and then placd it under psp folder in my memory stck and im still getting CONTENT CANNOT BE DISPLAYED wen i start the browser. whats going on!?!?!?! somebody plz help me and please be specific but im a noob at this so please help me

Try putting the portal under PSP/COMMON then going to file:/pspwxp.....
