How do people feel about Obamas refusal to celebrate being American?

He is open and honest about his refusal to speak the pledge, put his hand on his heart during anthem or wear a flag on his lapel.
I don't see how he could care enough about America to represent us, Do you?

I, as a patriot, could never stand present to the anthem and not hold my heart. It isn't something a patriot falters on!!

I look at the candidates the dems are offering, and wonder what in the world happened to them....what could have happened that would have made them come up with such a horrible group of people to represent and lead this great nation...I don't know WHAT happened...but I do know we need to fight them...we can NOT allow this group to take control...if they do, our children and grandchildren will not have the privilege of growing up in the same country that we had the privilege of growing up in.

That is one reason why I won't vote for Obama. He hasn't got straight answers on some of his plans if he is President. He has no experience also. Not saying, putting his hand on his heart or speaking the Pledge to our flag is not fit to be Commander In Chief. Why did he even bother to wear his flag pin? That should show all that he is very insincere.

As for the pledge, you're wrong it was the national anthem. Big difference as far as the hand on the heart is concerned.

I didn't know that. Are you sure that's true? If yes, it's just another reason why I wouldn't vote for him and hope he never becomes president. If it's true, I don't think that he should be Illinois senator either.
