Yes, I think he is one of the greats. And to think he thought about retiring last year. I'm not a Green Bay fan, but I'm glad for him that he's having such a good season! I hope GB does well in the playoffs for his sake!

I can deny it, easily. A great quarterback makes the players around him better but Favre needs great players around him to succeed. He was the quarterback of a Green Bay team that won a Super Bowl but the team's success was predicated upon a strong defense, deep corps of receivers and solid running game. Favre's success that year was a result of his teammate's talent, just as it is this year--Minnesota is a mirror image of that 1996 Packer squad. Favre is a selfish, egotistical player who constantly puts himself ahead of what's best for the team and I will always remember him as the player who cost Green Bay a Super Bowl shot in '07 and the Jets a playoff spot in '08. He epitomizes all that is wrong with professional athletes today.

He will be a 1st ballot Hall of Fame inductee. Guarantee!!! That makes him one of the greatest EVER!!!

He could be one of the greates but when you look at past football player its a hard comparison.

As a QB he doesnt top my 10...I have him as one of my 3 alternates...Like him...but not in my top ten:)
