The best thing for you to do is to view the list of accredited programs. Any program that has maintained consistent accreditation can be considered a "good school." Yet, some things that make an exceptional school are things such as faculty to student ratio, first pass rate on the licensure exam, how many faculty hold post doctoral degees and/or board certified specialities and in how much research they participate.
