can somebody give me step by step instructions...?

on how to have an out of body experience (OOBE) please? and have you ever had one? (Please be serious!)

I think you should post this in the religion section...somebody might be able to better answer your question. I have had what one might call an OOBE, but it was actaully a hallucination and a very scary one at that. I was extremely overtired. Working the overnight shift can make you crazy!
