How can i get rid of this dreaded Microsoft Eroor Reporting that keeps poping up night and Day?

I am useing windows xp and i am constantly getting interupted by this microst error report allways wanting to report something.
What a pain.

The choice is yours to send or not to send an error report, be more patient with your PC, don't rush your computer, your trying to make it do more than one thing at a time, always wait to you see the status saying done at the bottom left.
