if you purchase the item, you will save FOUR DOLLARS off the retail price at any place that: 1> sells the item, and 2> accepts coupons. If the item costs less than four dollars, you get the item free. If the item is taxable, you will pay the FULL sales tax. Your coupon does not cover that.
