Radio 3 classical music, but as soon as music stops & voice starts, I switch off, as cant concentrate on voice + computer.

I prefer to listen to a client saying "yes."

Then, if time permits, I might set my ears to XM Comedy 150. Though often, as you suggest, silence is indeed my friend

i log into finetune where you can make a playlist of all your fav songs or listen to someone elses playlist
