how can i select ONE image that i cut out and paste it on another image without the white background sticking with it?

it is impossible to do on paint it is best practice to select another image editer is GIMP it is a image editer like PHOTOSHOP and it is freeware opensource software.it have all features like in photoshop thank u for more contact me

You can't make it a transparent image with windows paint, you need to use better photo editing software such as photoshop. Also, you have to know how to do it, else the image would look unnatural or distorted when you paste it on another image.

There are 2 select methods. When you use either select tool, you'll see the different options at the bottom of the toolbar. Use the option at the bottom.

Select the option first.

Good luck, MS Paint isn't the best program for doing such things.
