well if u r doing percentages take the number say 20% in your case take the number from 100 since there is 100% total and when u subtract 20 from 100 u get 80% so multiply 80*238 to get 19040. and since there is 2 0 in % move the decimal over 2 spots to get 190.40 then u can take the zero off since it isnt doing anything so u end up with 190.4
