She can neither sing or act. She lip syncs and she has no talent whatsoever. By the way, the word is SINGER, not signer.

Yes! I think she is an amazing singer. I went to her concert, and she sang every song live. She sounded so good. I love Miley!!

i like most of her songs except some sound like she has something stuck down her throat and can't get it out. as for her acting she is okay and could use some work, i really think that emily osment is a better actor than her!

That's a matter of opinion. Some people will say yes, some will say no. I think she's okay, but I wouldn't say the best.
