I read on the back of those herbal essence bottles that the average dream lasts about 3 seconds! Is this true? They feel a lot longer than that!

The average dream lasts 2.54 - 4.01 seconds but because you are in the state of sleep you are in everything slows down.My friend goes to georgia tech(meh go dawgs!) and told me these were the results of the sleep research they did.

I wouldn't be too shocked if it were true. I only get around 4-5 hours of sleep a night. Some of the dreams I have seem to last much longer than that.

Omg, I never knew that. Hm, well, I don't think they would print false information, so, yes, it's probably true. They do seem a lottt longer, though. Lol, I love those Herbal Essence trivia things. : )

sadly yes it is but your right some seem to last for hours while the really good ones don't last nearly long enough.

no, my science teacher told us that it is 20 minutes. there is no way that it could be 3 seconds. that is pretty much impossible.
