Ours don't last too long, maybe three days. We always enjoy them for quick meals.

turkey sandwiches, turkey cassarole, eat the stuffing, sweet pototoes, etc -- send some of all of it home with my kids....eat really well for the next few days without having to plan the meals or shop for food...

Hand them out to trick-or-treaters next halloween.
I'm Canadian so for me I have the pie and sweets in the freezer for over a year.
